DENSHAM 21, 42
HALL 46

LEVERTON 20

The robins maintained their unbeaten start with a convincing victory at Greenway Lane.  As early as the second minute Jamie Densham flashed a shot across the goal and just wide.  A few minutes later a Brett Wright cross was met by Danny Williams whose shot brought th ebest out of Tony Ali in the visitor's goal.  It was the first of several good saves he had to make to keep his side in the game.  On 20 minutes, totally against the run of play the Alphas broke down the right and a long diagonal ball found Ryan Leverton who fired in from distance.  The lead was short lived, less than a minute, when Stuart Francis picked out Jamie Densham running through tyhe centre and he made no mistake.  Budleigh continued to dominate and the visiting keeper continued to prevent firther scoring.  Juast before half time Densham finished a Pointing and Williams move.

Immediately on the restart Danny Hall finished a flowing move which had started with Alvin Pollard, continued by Pointing who crossed for Hall to make no mistake.  The game tended to peter out during the second half, livened only when the keeper attemtped to punch clear and saw the effort goal bound until Richard Pulsford cleared off the line.

Man of the match Danny Hall.
